Day 10! Can you believe it? As you navigate healthy habits and being consistent, challenges can present themselves. π’Getting vulnerable here as this is a safe place for me to share and hopefully it helps someone. π’One that resonates with me is making the decision to separate & go through a divorce in the middle of me in Respiratory School, working, being a mom, working through grief, perimenopause, starting progesterone, working through anger, hurt and grieving what I thought the rest of my life & family dynamics would look like. π’And honestly the only things I could control were continuing to show up for my kids, pushing through school & work, and my health. If it weren't for the gym being my outlet and the way I could honor my body that God gave me and doing my best to fuel properly. At times the appetite wasn't there as my mind was so busy and time would pass. But I figured it out Just like you all are doing. π’It doesn't have to be perfect. Even tonight my workout is in my garage before work. I picked up 11p-7a tonight and we shall see how it goes!
