Liquidating 0% credit cards for Business Funding?
Hi everyone! Like many new RE investors, I am investigating ways to get funding for my investments. I have been talking to a Business Funding company that helps maximize access to 0% credit cards. They offer a credit card liquidation service through an in-house fulfillment partner (they invoice you, they give you cash in exchange) at 0% fee. Anyone has experience with this? Is this a viable way to explore funding RE investments? What are the pros and cons you see with this method? Funding deals AS A BUSINESS is new to me and I am a bit perplexed about the right way to go (other than getting a traditional bank mortgage that relies on your personal credit and DTI ratio, or using some personal collaterals like with a HELOC or a cash-out refi). I'd appreciate any advice on the topic! If this has already been discussed in some threads, could you please tag me there? Many thanks!

Hello. I will be also taking this route as well. However, my first duplex will be from FHA (Personal). I'm currently working on my credit personal/business... to be able to leverage Business Credit and OPM.

Hi, I’m Latisha ! I live in Concord NC (Outside Charlotte NC) - I currently have 0 rentals and want to have 2-3 Rentals by this time next year. - My 3 biggest challenges with RE investing right now are Allowing my Job to take over my life (only have 2 days in the week available), jumping back into wholesaling to help me build capital and Lastly torn between not knowing if I should wait to have money saved before starting.. - For fun I like to jog/trails and karaoke 🎀 - Something I'm currently obsessed with is the need to increase my income , which is the first phase on my journey... And always working on my financial freedom/ dream life plan
