@Sal Maiber Nice. Most people trivialize the amount of curation it takes to make a good AI bot. Lots of testing involved.

@Sofia Rossi Lots of potential there. How are you creating the content so it has personality and proper voice? What tool do you use for that?
Two Deals Closed Today! Grateful and Still Pushing Forward
Today was a great day I just closed 2 deals and wanted to share the win with this amazing community! πŸ™ Seeing those wires hit never gets old. Deals like this remind me why consistency, patience, and staying in the game really matter. Some days are slow, some days feel like nothing is working, but if you keep putting in the reps the results eventually come. What makes me even more excited is that this month isn’t over yet. I still have a few motivated sellers that we’re very close to locking up, so I’m pushing hard to close even more before the month ends. πŸ’ͺ For anyone who hasn’t gotten their first deal yet or feels stuck keep going. I remember when I was in that stage too. One conversation, one follow-up, or one lead can change everything. Let’s keep winning together. πŸ”₯ Who else is working on deals right now? Would love to hear what everyone has in their pipeline!

Lets goooooo! Congrats. Nice way to kick off the weekend. How'd you source them? Direct to seller marketing, D4D, etc. What was the pain point you solved for them?
Tax/Business Question
I have a tax/business question for anyone qualified to answer it. Basically, I started an (Indiana)Education Services LLC many years ago, then stopped using it in 2015. I stopped filing taxes on it and stop filing my entity reports. Somehow, miraculously, they didn't administratively dissolve my company, and I'm reviving it. I changed the name, updated the address, using it for Real Estate now, etc. Since I had it the whole time, what are the tax ramifications of using it again? Both good and bad. For this current tax cycle, for the 2025 taxes, can I use the LLC for tax savings in 2025?

The proper way to do this would be to formally close LLC #1 and open a new LLC since they're different businesses with different purposes in different industries. If you want to talk to a tax pro about this use this link to talk to who I partner with on the tax and entity side of things. They'll set you up with an LLC at cost (state fees + hard costs). It's a steal. https://blakechoisnet.com/llc

@Brandon Loveless No worries. The LLC front end is a loss leader so they're definitely focused on repeat business. the 'hard costs' include state filing fees and bare min fees on their end. But only God knows what the 'bare min' really is πŸ€·πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈ
