Day 29 Morning workout 3.67 mile run(jog) 1hour exactly ....slow but still went 100% Afternoon workout 5.7 mile bike ride 48:44 chill mode as I drove by the local Cherry Blossom Festival 120 oz H20 Broke my 7 Day fast at 8pm I got some good rest last night even though the more I fasted, the more energy and harder to sleep. Even though I had 2 movements yesterday, mowed and trimmed 2 yards and changed my oil. Its crazy how much you can get done when not preparing meals, sitting eating meals and then the clean up for meals. Today was a milestone and I'm right on track with my goals and dreams. I weighed in today at 200.6 Its been at least 4-5 years since I was this low. Feeling proud that I am keeping my promise. I hope future me can enjoy more benefits. I have 15 pounds till I hit my Sept goal. Who thinks I can do it or what month will I get there?
