Resting heart rate
One thing I like about smart devices. They dont lie, they let us know when we are doing poorly and good. I had my vitals checked on a routine visit and the nurse was like, "Your heart rate is at 49, do you run or swim a lot?" Working out and eating healthy with proper sleep had helped bring my heart rate down overall. Lower heart rate equals healthier heart and doesn't have to work as hard.
When I was getting at my heaviest over 260, I got a notification on my watch that said my last 90 day heart rate had increased. That was scary and embarrassing. Now It is in check and I won't let that get away again. GOD is good.
