Happy Monday Elevate Fam 😇
Let’s play a quick game. You can only describe your hormones using a weather forecast. What’s the vibe today? Sunny and steady? Total thunderstorm? Unexpected tornado warning? 🌞❄️⛈️ Drop your “hormone forecast” or any questions you’ve been sitting on. Let’s get the convo going! 😊

WELCOME ‘SECRET CHAT’ SISTERS! 🤗🫶🏻
Welcome to all of our new group members that are joining us from the 'secret chat'. 🤫 I'm so glad that you guys made the leap over to Skool, and now we can all actually engage with one another! 🙌🏻 In this group, please feel free to post as often as you would like. This is an open forum and l'd love for this to be an amazing resource of information & community for you all. You can ask questions, share experiences, talk about your symptoms, share your wins, use this as your personal diary, nothing is off limits! 💁🏻‍♀️ We are all here for the same reason! We want to better understand our bodies and our hormones, and reclaim our vitality. That's exactly what this group is for! I will be posting valuable info (& random thoughts) throughout the week, and I do my best to chime in on your questions and engage with your posts. Thank you guys so much for being here, we are stronger together! ❤️ Ps. I’m posting a video on IG/FB tonight with some really good hacks for vertigo/nausea/dizziness! I’ll post photos of the actual products on here tonight after the video is posted at 7pm EST. 🫶🏻

Help!
Any over the counter meds besides Azo that would help with urinary issues? I have been treated for uti and yeast infection. It has not gotten better. I have urinary frequency and urgency. I have taken a lot of over the counter meds and none have helped. I am on progesterone and estradiol patches and inserts.

@Kaylyn Gooslin luckily my UTI’s stopped after Dr Karram did a hysterectomy! I purchased the bottle on the left.

@Kaylyn Gooslin is that the white bottle? Things have been great after starting with Dr Joe when he opened office at first location! Always open to more moisturizer at my age!! I see Dr Sawma these days. 💕. Love Elevate MD.
GI-ISSUES? 🤔 Here are my top picks for gut health!
I have been getting SOOO many messages asking about crazy GI symptoms during perimenopause & menopause, so I wanted to share my top 4 recommendations that I take/use on a daily basis to help optimize gut health. 🙏🏼 1. L-glutamine: L-glutamine is one of the most researched and effective nutrients for gut repair, and the benefits are especially important for people in perimenopause, chronic stress, inflammation, or those dealing with bloating, IBS-like symptoms, or leaky gut. L-glutamine is one of the most important amino acids for repairing, sealing, and strengthening the gut lining. It’s literally the preferred fuel source for the cells that make up your intestines. 2. Colostrum: Colostrum is one of the most effective natural ingredients for repairing the gut lining, reducing inflammation, and rebuilding immune balance. It contains over 200+ bioactive compounds specifically designed for protection, healing, and regeneration. 3. Digestive/Pancreatic Enzymes: Digestive enzymes help your body break down food efficiently and completely which is crucial for reducing symptoms and improving overall gut function. When your body doesn’t produce enough enzymes (which is extremely common, especially during perimenopause & menopause), food isn’t properly digested, leading to inflammation, bloating, and nutrient deficiencies. 4. FIBER!!! Fiber helps: • Regulate digestion & prevent constipation • Fuel beneficial gut bacteria • Reduce inflammation • Stabilize blood sugar • Support healthy hormones • Reduce bloating • Improve metabolism & weight regulation • Enhance mood During perimenopause, fluctuating estrogen and progesterone directly disrupt digestion, gut motility, blood sugar, and inflammation making fiber one of the most important tools for restoring balance. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

@Hollie Ayres you need a supplement with ox bile in it if you don’t have a gallbladder. Currently working with someone who has told me that.
Hormones
@Joe Franzese Is this a networking group or a hormone group? I keep getting messages from people that have nothing to do with hormones.
