After calls that went un-answered or just fell through I finally got my first motivated seller!

Sometimes cold calling can be a grind if we don't approach it with the right mindset. I like to think of it like sorting red gumballs from blue gumballs. There are a lot more blue gumballs than red gumballs. The blue gumballs are not interested, mean, and / or hateful property owners. The red gumballs are the ones that need us to help them them. If we are successful at helping the red gumballs, we get a $20k + assignment check. The quicker we can recognize when the gumball is blue, the quicker we can discard it and move one step closer to the red gumball.

I woke up at 6 a.m. and heard Zachs voice coming from my sons room. I just asked him "Did I hear your phone early this morning?" He responds "yes mom, I've been watching Zachs videos." "I really like when he's closing the calls" This kid is remarkable and watching how his brain works I can't wait to see where this goes.
