Sometimes cold calling can be a grind if we don't approach it with the right mindset. I like to think of it like sorting red gumballs from blue gumballs.
There are a lot more blue gumballs than red gumballs. The blue gumballs are not interested, mean, and / or hateful property owners. The red gumballs are the ones that need us to help them them. If we are successful at helping the red gumballs, we get a $20k + assignment check.
The quicker we can recognize when the gumball is blue, the quicker we can discard it and move one step closer to the red gumball.
