Hot chick from overseas followed me... what next?
This is an active account / real person, not a weird spammer. She just commented something nice on one of my videos and followed me...she lives in the UK. Would be fun to hangout with her at some point. Who knows if logistics would ever line up or not. What should I do? Same thing as always, invite her to event or something different?

Do you build out your profile completely before reaching out or reach out as your building your profile?

Obviously your profile is never finished always improving, but you need about 9 photos that don’t totally suck. I have 6 decent pics and 3 kinda some what ok pics. Need 3 more decent pics before I plan to start sending out DMs. @mullaney_kyle but I occasionally send out a dm and still get responses.

@Yingdi Liu not just at a glance, but every photo under deep inspection plus who follows you, who likes and comments on your pics… posts you like that aren’t pansy whining baby boy or childish bs… microscope perfection.

Lead gen? That’s different than sales. Or are you talking about finding sales reps? I’ve seen several classes of reps come into my work and get let go. Many looked very promising… Then there was the Indian guy from Amazon that never even closed a door in his whole life that almost quit because he was terrified reading the script…. He just had the most u its last month… fucker is so great at calling people out on their BS and getting people to realize “if you had your house on the market for an entire year what makes you so sure it’s fining to sell in the next few months? What if it doesn’t sell for another year? What are you going to do when your savings runs out and you can’t afford rent anymore? Why are we eating for something that isn’t going to happen in the next few months AT BEST…” I taught him to read the script and not he’s teaching me to not belies people’s bullshit… So you just gotta have a high churn rate and be willing to burn leads testing people out.

MOA -> real estate
I have a friend teaching me about real estate right now. He told me to go find motivated sellers of apartment/ condo complexes and RV parks… I’m thinking about how I could copy and paste the MOA method of building lists and sending cold DMs. Where would be good starting points that won’t flood my lists with a bunch of dead ends? Real estate events would be my only guess, not the gurus and influencers in the space. Anybody here in real estate have any insight on how I could use the MOA method to streamline finding these kinds of sellers?

@Felix Urbanek chewing and swallowing food is my problem. Just never hungry and even now struggling to eat more than half this burger. Only other thing I ate today was a muffin for lunch.
