So your blood is getting thicker as you make pee… As someone that is terrible about drinking enough water I oddly have to find ways to make myself drink more water. And this visualization helps. Just drinking more water has been a huge health improvement for me which sounds stupid, but half to a whole gallon of water a day just makes you feel different than working all day and thinking I’m tough for grinding through discomfort. I have noticed that in the social circle game community, a lot of guys try to bash and gaslight cold approachers and say nonsense like "oh you will never get her through cold approach bro". However, after having observed the game for years, I have seen so many cases where a guy with a big social circle has girls that sort of use him and then some random guy comes along, cold approaches her, and ends up closing her. It's like guys who try to work on social media and social circle game, there is a subset of them that are too scared to cold approach and just use social media game as an escape for it.
