Family, One of the clearest hallmarks of a world changer… One of the undeniable traits of someone who actually makes impact… is not just gifting. It’s not just opportunity. It’s not even favor. It’s how they handle pressure. Pressure will reveal you. Deadlines will expose you. Correction will test you. Criticism will refine you. And the truth is, anyone can be consistent when it’s easy. Anyone can be creative when they feel inspired. Anyone can be confident when they’re celebrated. But can you remain focused when you’re under fire? Can you remain steady when you’re misunderstood? Can you remain productive when you feel pressure closing in? That’s what separates the called… from the chosen who actually execute. This week, I want you to take inventory: - How do you respond to pressure? - How do you handle deadlines? - How do you receive correction? - How do you process criticism? Do you tighten up… or level up? Because mastery is not just about what you do, it’s about who you are in the moment. I need you to become masters of the moment. The kind of person who can: - Stay competent when things get intense - Stay consistent when emotions fluctuate - Stay creative when pressure rises - Stay courageous when fear whispers Pressure is not here to break you. It’s here to introduce you to a higher version of yourself. You don’t rise when it’s comfortable. You rise when it’s costly. Let’s go higher this week. Some may have noticed across the States, and even other countries as well, very uncommon weather patterns and occurrences over the past month or so.. In the Northeast area where I am, firstly we had a mild winter up until being plummeted by nearly a foot of snow not too long ago..then, more recently endured at least 2 weeks, of insanely frigid temperatures, single digits and below zero😳🥶..as the frigid temperatures began to lift, days of constant rain followed..as the rain lifted, out of no where came several 70-80 degree temperature days(very uncommon for my area, even for the 1st week of March, generally temps don't hit 70-80 til end of April/early May)..the spike in heat triggered a Tornado watch/warning this past week in some areas, thankfully in my immediate area, we just experienced some heavy rain and intense wind, Yet, some areas barely an hour away did experience tornado impact, and in the mid-west where tornadoes are much more common, unfortunately saw a great deal of devastation..now, the day after the Tornado forecast, there was freezing rain the next morning 🤔and a snow shower in some areas..presently, the temp is "normal", low 50s, yet, projected to drop into the 30s and 20s by mid-week next week, with 1st day of Spring technically March 20th.. The day before yesterday, a neighbor and I were outside chatting about the crazy weather, as he said, you don't know what to wake up and expect, I said, yea, it's like the Winter and Spring are Fighting Each Other! 💥 (Throws several shoes 👟 👡 👠) Immediately the Spirit of the Lord spoke something prophetically to me, that Sometimes, the turmoil, the things off kilter, the ups n downs, the emotional stretching, the spiritual pressure, opened doors and closed doors at the SAME TIME, the death of old relationships and new ones being birthed, family dysfunctions, even financial inconsistencies, IT'S THE SEASON'S OF YOUR LIFE FIGHTINGGG EACH OTHER!!! 🥊 🥊🥊🥊🥊 "Winter" can truly represent a myriad of things, not knowing which way to go because of darkness; lack of productivity; a season of limited opportunities; drought in any area; seeing little fruit in any area; lack of/or limited spiritual movement or advancement; a season of dishonor; severing unhealthy relationships; a season of sickness; limited exposure or no exposure in creative endeavors; creative blockages; being overlooked; marital duress; struggling to worship or devote time with the Holy Spirit; and 101 other things..

Hey Fam! I just posted this on my Facebook page because I see lots of people who call themselves to the 5 fold or want to be an Apostle, Prophet, or Pastor so bad out of pride, selfish gain and “clout”that it grieves me. Let me know your thoughts! Woe to those who envy the fivefold office. We’ve seen and admired the gifts while dismissing the mantle and the making that come with them. Many admire the title but not the function. Many admire the gift but not the crushing. Many admire the anointing but not the breaking required to carry it. The fivefold is forged in loneliness, misunderstanding, and seasons where God strips you of everything until obedience is all that remains. It requires your comfort, your reputation, your ambition, your pride, your name, and desires to the point that your will is buried so His can be revealed. Those who truly function in these offices rarely asked for the call, or the burden(s) that come with them but are honored and deeply humbled that the Lord chose them as part of the “some” mentioned in Ephesians 4:11–13. As believers, we are all called to die daily but I will always refer to the fivefold as “THE WALKING DEAD.”

In 1 Samuel 15, Saul tried to improve on God’s instruction, but partial obedience revealed a deeper issue: trusting his own judgment over GOD’S Word. Scripture says rebellion is like witchcraft because it quietly crowns our will above His. God isn’t after impressive sacrifices or creative substitutes. He is after surrendered hearts.
