Hey Everyone- Happy Monday!!!! Honest one today… Do you actually notice your breath during the day? Or only when you’re reminded to? No right answer here, just inviting a little curiosity & awareness 👀

I have to say I do notice it most days. I've become very aware of nasal breathing and just how I'm breathing in general. I've noticed in times of stress I tend to hold my breath. I do try and do some mini breath practices throughout the day though.

I'm more mindful of the breath and making a habit of noticing the breath. I've definitely adapted to breathing through the nose and belly. I think the daily practices have increased my stress tolerance. I can catch myself in it quicker and pull it back so I'm less reactive and able to come to a place where I'm more responsive.💛
