Hi Everyone! I just bought this online course and am excited to get started! I was hoping to sign up for the somatic live 200 hour course but my life is in transition currently so the “ set your own pace” online course looked like a wonderful alternative to get started now! How many of you have taken the online and then also signed up for the 200 hour course? I attended the three day live in April and it was amazing!!! Thank you, Jamie and all! This work is GOLDEN and I’m excited to learn more about it for myself, as well as hold space for others in the future. Breathwork is healing one heart/body/spirit at a time and in turn healing the world!🌍 I am excited to incorporate Breathwork with my rescue horses as well. I'm working through the replays from the Immersions and keep going back over the content as it is such great info - I'm taking notes! :-) I've found breathwork recently (after doing meditation for many years) and particularly love the science of it all. I'm a beginner but super keen to explore it more as it feels aligned with my path. Thanks for having me here and for everything that goes into creating these events! 💗
