I started my day teaching, as I do every Saturday. Two boys who struggle with the constraints of school so we learn in alternative ways! Then I’m packing for a much needed break. Have a lovely weekend ladies 🥰

Burn Out
Yesterday at the Manchester event, burnout came up a LOT. It’s clearly something so many of us are navigating. For me, I already meditate and journal daily, but I’m so busy right now that I’m forcing myself back to yoga (even when every excuse tells me I don’t have time). It’s the only thing that really gets me out of my head and back into my body. What about you? When you feel burnout creeping in, what’s the one thing you do just for YOU to reset?
