Yesterday at the Manchester event, burnout came up a LOT.
It’s clearly something so many of us are navigating.
For me, I already meditate and journal daily, but I’m so busy right now that I’m forcing myself back to yoga (even when every excuse tells me I don’t have time). It’s the only thing that really gets me out of my head and back into my body.
