Sales - Follow ups
So many opportunities are lost in the follow-up. Did you know that ~80% of sales require at least 5 follow-ups before closing? 😱😳 Who could you reconnect with this week. An old lead, a past client, or someone who enquired but didn’t book? You never know who just needs that extra little nudge 🤜.

Don’t you think, the more visible we become, the more exposed we can feel. What’s one thing you’d love to share online but keep holding back and what do you think is the fear underneath that?

@Kryssy Hamilton I get that but you worked hard to get where you are. What if instead of people thinking you’re showing off, you actually inspire them?

@Kryssy Hamilton some food for thought šŸ˜‰šŸ„°
Have you actually mapped your client journey?
Most people think they have, but when you actually sit down and map every single touchpoint, you start seeing gaps, friction, and missed opportunities. It also helps you pin point: āœ… What can be automated (email triggers, reminders, onboarding steps) šŸ¤ What should stay human (personal check-ins, coaching moments, genuine connection) šŸ’· When in the process to invoice A mapped-out client journey = smoother delivery, better experience, and way less mental load. If you haven’t done this yet, I can send over a simple task flow example to get you started, just drop me a DM or message on 07946 357454.

@Katie McMullen you are so going to benefit by introducing some automation. You’ll wonder what to do with all of that time 🤣

Daily journal prompt - Monday
We know journalling works. It’s proven to help with stress, clarity, mindset… So why don’t we actually do it? šŸ¤” Be honest — is it… • You forget? • You don’t know what to write? • You don’t have time (aka it’s not top of the list)? • It feels awkward or difficult to face what’s really going on? • You start, then fall off when life gets busy? Today’s prompt: ā€œWhat really stops me from journalling consistently, even though I know it helps?ā€ Sometimes the insight isn’t in the journalling itself, but in why we’re not doing it…

@Kay Rowlands That’s such a common block. We overthink journalling and then end up not doing it at all. It doesn’t need to be deep or perfectly written, even a few bullet points or a quick ā€œthis is what’s on my mind todayā€ counts. Your ā€˜3 quick wins’ counts too, even if it just helps you get into the routine of journalling daily. The key is consistency, not writing something profound. Once you take the pressure off, it starts to feel more natural. Remember no one ever has to see it x

The evenings are definitely cooling down! I’m a big fan of summer but as the season changes I always find myself craving different things, slower evenings, comfort food, cosy jumpers, the log burner and Christmas!! What’s are you most looking forward to as we move into this new season? If, like me, you don’t particularly enjoy the colder months, it’s good to think positively about what aspects you do enjoy.
