Sales - Follow ups
So many opportunities are lost in the follow-up. Did you know that ~80% of sales require at least 5 follow-ups before closing? 😱😳 Who could you reconnect with this week. An old lead, a past client, or someone who enquired but didn’t book? You never know who just needs that extra little nudge 🤜.

Have you actually mapped your client journey?
Most people think they have, but when you actually sit down and map every single touchpoint, you start seeing gaps, friction, and missed opportunities. It also helps you pin point: ✅ What can be automated (email triggers, reminders, onboarding steps) 🤝 What should stay human (personal check-ins, coaching moments, genuine connection) 💷 When in the process to invoice A mapped-out client journey = smoother delivery, better experience, and way less mental load. If you haven’t done this yet, I can send over a simple task flow example to get you started, just drop me a DM or message on 07946 357454.
Happy Birthday
Happy birthday @Vicky Labinger. I hope you’ve got something amazing happening?
Workaholic?
I was discussing with a client this week about being called a workaholic. I get called it a lot and my client had been called it this week. Another client told me she loves being referred to as ‘Superwoman’. We started unpacking it together and realised that, despite the usual negative spin, neither of us felt offended by it. For us, it was about passion, drive, and the joy of building something meaningful. You do have to be obsessed with what you’re building. Is that the same thing? Have you ever been called a workaholic? How do you or would you feel about being called a workaholic? - Does it land as criticism, or a compliment? - Where’s the line for you between working hard and working too much? Why not take a few minutes to journal on it, then share if you’re comfortable to do so. I’m gong to be digging further into this one myself and I’ll come back to share because we cant discuss this one without discussing burnout.
