Piles to Profits: The Lab Follow Up is happening TONIGHT at 6:08 PM Eastern on Whatnot.
https://www.whatnot.com/s/pP1eUB7V A couple of weeks ago we talked about death piles, cost averaging, inventory management, and simplifying your business. Tonight we’re putting all of that into practice. I’m literally going to walk you through exactly what happens when inventory comes into my room:• how I log purchases• how I calculate my cost average• how I sort and store inventory• how I prep for shows without individually pricing every piece• and how I keep the system simple enough to actually maintain If inventory management overwhelms you, if you have death piles staring at you, or if you’re trying to figure out how to scale without drowning in organization, this show is for you. We’ll do a quick refresher first, then I’ll physically demonstrate the process step by step. Drop your Whatnot link below and come join us tonight. Bring your questions because this is meant to help sellers at every stage. See you in the lab tonight.

Hi friends, I’m on a hunt to purchase the Ann Pittman Juliana reference book.. anyone have one for sale or know the best place to find one? 🩷. Thank you

I bought mine directly from Ann. She runs the JulianaJewelryBook Facebook group. I think it was normally $100 but she had it marked down to 65 or 75 when I bought mine.

I believe I purchased this book on Amazon. It’s not as good as Ann Pittman’s book, but still a good reference.

Suggestions!
I don’t know if you can help me but I’m looking for ways to sell off bangles I have. I have a few bakelight pieces to vintage plastics. Sell all in one lot??combination colors? Something else? There’s only maybe 40-50 ish.

When I first started out, I watched everybody who specialized in selling plastics to learn everything I could. I would screenshot their starting bids and when an item sold, so I had a general idea of the sales pricing as well as the name of the purchaser/collector. When it came time for me to do a plastics show, I messaged the collectors who had purchased multiple items at higher prices and invited them to my first plastics show. I had about five collectors plus other followers and buyers come into my show. I ended up selling over $5000 worth of plastics, including a Bakelite necklace, that sold for $550.
