Hello everyone, My name is Kout (pronounce Kuot). Iāve been hydrid training for the past year (distance running, calisthenics, boxing) and Iāve noticed that my mobility needs work especially when it comes to my hips and overall mobility. I found this course through Andreās instagram page. After watching a couple reels I was really impressed by his flexibility and strength so I decided to check out his course. My goal is to improve my hip and leg mobility to the point I can comfortably sit in a middle split. Iām hoping this translates well into my next marathon goal. Iām looking forward to progressing with this course!
