Do releases and moving into a higher vibration happen automatically or is there something you need to command your subconscious to do?

I watched the catch up as in the UK. So I know my nervous system is dysregulated.....ms, I shake within etc but I'm also a massive overthinking and live in fear of most things. Can I get myself out of all of this and heal with your program or am I likely to need other modalities like...CBT to change my thinking?
