I've been pushing to the 200-mark for months, holding onto the hope that then my channel would be out algo-jail and I would start growing a lot faster than the grueling 12 months of me trying to pull 30 views and 1 new sub every week. Along the way, I forgot about the number and focused on serving one person...and I fell in love with my process of creative expression on YouTube. So it feels like a win already--no matter how slow the climb continues to be from here. Hint: I just keep envisioning the day when I'll blink and gain the another 200 subs. ;)

My goal is to kick off my You Tube channel in January. I've got a long list of topics and other notes, but no videos yet. December is an insanely busy month in my job, but I am still going to challenge myself to have a couple of trial run videos to done by end of December. Stretch goal is to have a fully ready to go inaugural post. Now I have to go buy myself a microphone for Christmas.
