Love this thing
This walk pad is a life savor…I’m too summer for winter and this little guy has gotten me moving. It will no doubt carry into the warmer months on rainy days or night time when I need a bit of motion.
Sticking with the 10 minutes “program” until I’m done so I did two 10 minutes (arms and legs) and a 15 minute walk while listening to the Body Mindset this morning.
