Sorry I've been quiet π₯°
Hey hey everyone, sorry I've been so quiet on here lately. Hope everyone's doing ok? As @Jamie Bigg will tell you, my schedule is packed, so trying to get 4 weight training sessions and a big bike ride in training for my London to Amsterdam charity ride in July has been a challenge and is taking up the majority of my time. I've been really sticking to my macros, hardly having any off days to be honest - I really craved toast and butter the other day π€£ (thrilling I know!). Daily steps are being hit too, starting the day at 5:45am with a 5k dog walk with Arlo. Made a lot of positive changes with life too - requested (and approved) to go full-time over 4 days from July, which is incredible and will really help financially. Also means I can sneak another lunchtime gym session in π Sadly, the car broke down, so traded it in and now my new wage will pay for the new car π«£ But my goodness it does look pretty! The proportions in the photo are insane and too funny; I actually look small for once. Thank you to my photographer and my little love Ivar. Had a health challenge, which I'm still trying to sort out. Suspected cyst on the ovary (being a woman is so π), but we'll find out soon after some more scans and investigations - all a waiting game. Exercise-wise though, building on my kg each week unless I feel my form isn't 100%, in which case I'm perfecting that first or adding extra sets/reps in before adding more. Confidence is growing so much, I feel like the gym is my home now and feel so lost without it. I can see definition coming through on my arms and my stomach is getting flatter. Just need to build more on those πand now I feel my form on the RDLs has improved, I'm going to start adding the kgs. Time to build that ass rackπ€£ Fat loss is down, weight has remained the same and muscle mass has increased π Really looking forward to reading everyone's posts and catching up when I can.
