I enjoyed attending Oliver's session thoroughly. Oliver was very kind and patiently listened to me on a property I was working on. Once some of the numbers were given, Oliver started to plug and chug. Soon enough, we reached a realistic conclusion. I suggest all attend the next time around. I believe this is the ONLY place where you come across seasoned professionals countless do not have access to and win. Take advantage of this session, it will do you a lot of good.
