Responsibilities: - Convert warm leads from Upwork into high-ticket clients. - Qualify leads, understand their pain points, and recommend tailored solutions. - Build strong relationships and trust with potential clients. - Manage full sales cycle: from first touchpoint to closing deals. - Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. - Handle client inquiries and follow-ups promptly. - Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding. Skills & Qualifications: - Previous experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred). - Strong communication skills (written and verbal). - Ability to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals. - Knowledge of Upwork and freelance marketplaces is a strong plus. - Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and result-oriented. - Comfortable working in a night shift environment (8 PM – 4 AM).
