WE ARE HIRING Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Responsibilities:
Convert warm leads from Upwork into high-ticket clients.
Qualify leads, understand their pain points, and recommend tailored solutions.
Build strong relationships and trust with potential clients.
Manage full sales cycle: from first touchpoint to closing deals.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle client inquiries and follow-ups promptly.
Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals.
Knowledge of Upwork and freelance marketplaces is a strong plus.
Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and result-oriented.
Comfortable working in a night shift environment (8 PM – 4 AM).
Compensation:
Salary: Starting from PKR 70,000 – 100,000 (depending on skills)
Plus 5% commission on closed deals
