WE ARE HIRING Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Responsibilities:
  • Convert warm leads from Upwork into high-ticket clients.
  • Qualify leads, understand their pain points, and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships and trust with potential clients.
  • Manage full sales cycle: from first touchpoint to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Handle client inquiries and follow-ups promptly.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in sales or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to identify opportunities, nurture leads, and close deals.
  • Knowledge of Upwork and freelance marketplaces is a strong plus.
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a night shift environment (8 PM – 4 AM).
Compensation:
  • Salary: Starting from PKR 70,000 – 100,000 (depending on skills)
  • Plus 5% commission on closed deals
