Hello, amazing people! Like a lot of us here I took a while to get organized withe the videos and login everything. I am still getting organized. Hahaha... Thankfully I am making the effort to get things more streamlined so I feel less confused and more focused and engaged in the process. Life is always "happening", but it is comforting to know I can show up and do "a crappy Art of mobility exercise" and still be on track. Even if I just did the bare minimum on that day. Thank you Jacob and team for what you are doing. I am committed to the process. Now I am getting organized. Let's go!

Thank you! I am not excited to say I did the bare minimum, but knowing that the bare minimum got done so my busy schedule or my not feeling great did not derail my goal to train my body and mindset, excites me. The goal is always more than the bare minimum. However if I only get that done on those "off days" then I am still rocking. Blessings!
