@Cain Mcgary Yes, those are not recent. Riggs stopped posting to YT about 3 weeks ago. One of our brothers here helps him with YT videos and stated Riggs hasn't been replying to his messages lately. He went on vacation with his family in late May and haven't heard from him since.

Deciding whether or not I should keep bulking or go on a nice cut, I've been bulking for 8 months now, currently I'm 158.

@Derek Morris I wouldn't cut yet. 158 at 6'2" you could still gain a little. Jacques is better at determining when you should stop bulking. I think you could still bulk a little more brother. You definitely have a great build.
