Closer Position Description: - Time  - Compensation:  - On Track Earnings (Minimum) :  Background Info: • A dating/health coaching company for men and women operating for 14 years. • Currently doing average 175k in sales / month • Help men overcome shyness, meet and attract women, and have more choice in dating (fun or serious relationships). Help women fix their current relationship issues • Current closing rate goal: 25% up from 20% • Maintain a minimum 65% show-up rate (current rate: 57%). • Leads come from various sources (organic and partnerships). • Short application process to increase call volume. • We focus on maximizing revenue through more calls rather than highly selective applications. FAQ: What is your current sales team’s close rate? 20% How many closers do you currently have on staff? 6 closers, no setters What’s the highest on-target earnings (OTE) one of your closers is making? $8,000–$10,000. This is NOT a cap. You could be making more with better close % or more availability. Yes, we have beaten 10k/month for a closer before :) What’s the lowest OTE a closer on your team is currently making? $6,000 What separates the top from the bottom performers? 1. Day 3 - Gaining Momentum
Today is the 3rd day of my setting/closer journey, up until this point I have: 1. Landed an Offer 2. Ran Mock Calls 3. Ran AI Training Roleplays 4. Connected with top performers for the offer 5. Adapted the setting script to increase close rate Small compounding wins, I’m starting to get alot more rapport built on these calls, I get everyone I’m cold calling “somewhat” interested. So far I’ve surpassed all my intended goals in terms of rate of progress, My next primary goal is to have my first cash collected payment by 28th of November (roughly 1 week from now). P.S if anyone has tips on how to have a solid follow up sequence with a booked in cold call lead through SMS, this is something I’m lacking with atm.
