1️⃣ I don't really IG 2️⃣ New to this. Really just want to get started with fitness. Want to improve mobility and strength. 3️⃣ Handstand would be cool, but basic push ups would even rock at this point. 4️⃣ I don't have a pic to post of my workout spot yet. Hoping to clear one out this weekend.
