Difference In Admin Panel Clicks and Actual Landing Page Clicks
Hello I am running a search-responsive campaign that will take it to my landing page. Now, as you can see, there are a total of 57 clicks (Image 1), and when I check the landing page, it shows only 26 clicks (Image 2). I have checked the asset section as well, but no good. Can you help with this? Because the clicks and actual people coming on my landing page are very different.

@Mohammad Basil i would also let your Google rep know and ask for an explanation. You may not get any useful info back but you will at least be letting them know you are aware of this and they will need to respond. Just be careful about acting on any suggestions without understanding what is entailed. Their job is to get you to spend as much as possible not make your campaigns more efficient. 🫣

@Mohammad Basil I know the feeling, but persevere.
Is it better to modify the current keyword match type or add a new variation of the match type for the keyword?
Hey! Sorry if this has already been addressed bit I'm curious about the community's view on changing a keyword's match type. Is it best to update the current keyword's match type, or pause it and add it as a new one with the desired match type? eg "physio near me" and [physio near me] Changing the match type resets the keyword data, while pausing it preserves data but treats the new keyword as separate. Is there a recommended option? Thanks

@Joe Edgley with there not being a great deal of difference between phrase and exact, interested to know why you would switch. Using negative keywords to stop any undesired results and letting the phrase match pull a wider selection of matches is something we usually do. Interested in your feedback.
Newbie Question
If you were new working with paid ads, and wanted to get better experience physically running ads as well as a case study, what would you do to get that experience? Would you run local lead ads for a service niche and use that as a case study? Would you find an affiliate product and run ads to that? What other ideas do you have. I know working for free is what most will say, I will do that when I feel comfortable running ads on the backend of Meta Ads manager. Im looking for something to work on prior to offering free services. TIA!

@Anthony Villalobos unless you are good at getting new clients, working for an agency is the best way to learn on the job. If you are good at getting new clients but not experienced, i'd be interested in partnering with you, DM me.
Hello fellow PPC sufferers!
Hi, just joined the community. Our Company is AirDrate, my title is Sales & Marketing Director. We are a UK founder owned start up, launched in Dec 2023 and have had a steep learning curve with PPC! Soaking up as much knowledge as possible, love the videos - they are the easiest to consume, understand and most relevant I have come across. Our product is extremely niche and we struggle to get agencies to understand the implications of this. Looking forward to discussions and respectful informed advice always welcome!

Welcome @Amanda Coleman . What price does your product sell for? What is the size of your budget? Although your market is niche that is also an advantage in that you know what to zero in on. Your market will likely be problem-aware (if you are a frequent flyer and suffer from ear pain you will know it!), your job is to move them into being solution-aware, your product. Great scope for PPC ads across the platforms, Facebook, Reels,Instagram, Google search ads, YouTube, as long as your budget is big enough. Your first challenge could well be deciding where to spend the budget within everything that is available. You will find plenty of help here. Wish you luck. 👍
Heatmaps
Can anyone recommend Heatmap software? New campaign. CTR 11.1% I have had 30 clicks thru to a landing page but no lead form submissions. Any suggestions? Too early to tell or should I look at split test on the landing page? Appreciate any suggestions 👍
