Supplemental Feeds | Google Merchant Center
The new update to Google Merchant Center changed everything around. If you're like me and like to use a spreadsheet where possible, using supplemental feeds for product info testing is handy. But in the new update, it's nowhere to be found. After a bit of digging, and no help from Google documentation I found it. Here's how to activate the supplemental feature. 1. Go to settings in your GMC and then to add-ons. 2. Find "Advanced data source management" and add it. 3. Go to "Data Sources" 4. Under data sources "Provided By You" you should see "Supplemental Sources". If it's not there right away do a refresh. Depending on your changes it might take a while to see any data related to the changes after you add your new supplemental feed. But I am curious if others who had feeds set up already - was this already active for you? It wasn't for me.

UTMs in GA4?
Hi, is it not possible to see Meta Ads UTM tagged URLs in GA4? It's been a few weeks since I added UTM tags directly to the landing page URLs on my Meta ads. I thought this would lead to the URLs with UTM tags to show up in GA4, simply under Traffic Acquisition report -> Landing pages. Instead I am getting these super long Facebook click ID URLs.
Need Help to find Remote Roles
Hi everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹ Iโ€™m a Google Ads specialist focused on eCommerce and currently preparing to apply for REMOTE roles (US/UK markets). Would love any guidance on what hiring managers look for most in remote Google Ads candidates or common mistakes to avoid. Appreciate any advice from those whoโ€™ve done it successfully.
Geo-Fencing RV Shows โ†’ Meta Ads Playbook
Hey everyone โ€” looking for some experienced eyes on a geo-fencing + Meta ads project. I manage ads for a multi-location RV dealership group. We have local RV shows coming up (fairgrounds / expo centers), and the goal is to: โ€ข Capture in-market RV shoppers at the showโ€ข Retarget them immediately afterโ€ข Drive scheduled dealership visits / walkthroughs, not just leads What Iโ€™m currently thinking: - Geo-fence show locations during event hours - Build custom audiences from mobile location data - Run post-event Meta campaigns (Messages + Website) - Optimize for qualified downstream events (tour scheduled / showed) Where Iโ€™d love help from people whoโ€™ve done this at scale: 1. Best geo-fencing providers that integrate cleanly with Meta (or best workaround) 2. Recommended radius + dwell time settings for RV shows 3. How long you typically retain + sequence these audiences 4. Any gotchas with attribution, CAPI, or overlap with existing retargeting 5. Creative angles that work best post-show (โ€œmissed the showโ€ vs โ€œshow specials extendedโ€) If youโ€™ve run geo-fenced event campaigns (auto, RV, home shows, expos), Iโ€™d really appreciate what worked and what didnโ€™t. Happy to share results back with the group once we launch. Thanks ๐Ÿ™Œ
Tag Manager
Hi all Hope you can help! I'm trying to set up a new Google Ads conversion tag that triggers based on page views of the website thank you page. Conversion Linker is already set up for all page views. I'm using Google Tag Manager that's connected to a Wix website. I created the tag, but when I test it using Preview, I get the message that there's no Google Tag on the site. I've tried the Tag Assistant extension on Chrome, and I got the same message. I've removed ad blockers. Even though tags had been set up on the home and contact page a while back (I didn't create them), they're saying no tags exist on those pages when I try the Tag Assistant extension. Does anyone have a suggestion on what to try next? Thanks!
