PMax for service based business?
Hey everyone I have a couple of service based businesses as clients - in the health space, with quite specific service offerings. They are bricks and mortar businesses so we're targeting a relatively small geographical radius. I've got someone running our Google Ads campaigns, who has been running PMax campaigns. The quality of leads has significantly dropped off and I feel like it's just becoming a bit of a spam factory with fake conversions. Are PMax campaigns suitable for this type of campaign or should we be sticking with Search? Thanks :)

@Wali Ullah Khan Thanks for the comment... that confirms what I was thinking. Most of my clients have lower budget and fairly 'niche' offerings, so we don't get a high number of conversions through the accounts. Sometimes it's even a challenge to get enuogh search volume for their services, which I think is why PMax was implemented, but has probably been a waste to this point. Cheers

Hey @Joy S
Is it better to modify the current keyword match type or add a new variation of the match type for the keyword?
Hey! Sorry if this has already been addressed bit I'm curious about the community's view on changing a keyword's match type. Is it best to update the current keyword's match type, or pause it and add it as a new one with the desired match type? eg "physio near me" and [physio near me] Changing the match type resets the keyword data, while pausing it preserves data but treats the new keyword as separate. Is there a recommended option? Thanks
