I'm working on my second edition with Book Launchers. For my first edition I used amazon ads, and that worked well because of visibility. But even though my first edition is off the market, I still have people messaging me to ask if they can buy copies of the first edition. So the word of mouth effect is still the best marketing strategy (at least for my genre).

Depending on your genre, Germany and the UK have been good markets for my book. Sold via Ingram and Amazon.
