Buyers of CRE wholesale deals
How do you find cash buyers for your CRE wholesale deal? Do you use the software and/or go to FB market place or local CRE meetups/groups or all of the above?

That is an excellent question, one I am searching for -- I figured working with another wholesaler that can dispo the deal would be better as they'd have a buyers list; typically that'd be someone selling courses. That's how I found this place, at least.
