The thing you’re avoiding is the thing you need.
Every time you feel resistance, remember this. Resistance only shows up when something actually matters. It doesn’t show up for the easy stuff. It doesn’t show up for distractions. It shows up when you are on the edge of growth. I have felt resistance before every big move I ever made. Writing my first book. Launching my first course. Making my first hire. Every single time. If you are feeling it today… good. It means you are standing at a doorway. Push through it. On the other side is the version of you you’ve been trying to become. Question for the group:What are you feeling resistance around right now? Drop it below. This is the room where we beat it together.

@Marcus Frakes Yes, absolutely! However I am still working so I can't always take advantage of the afternoon walk. I walk when I arrive home from work and then prepare dinner for my husband & I. Early mornings before work are a gold mind when I can manage them. Thanks

@Marcus Frakes Sorry I didn't answer your question! Early morning is great for mind clearing walking but I prefer just after my day job, before dinner. This time gives me a blast of energy thru the evening. 🥰
Love To Learn
For me it's all about enjoying the process of learning. It may take me longer than someone else to get there but we all have our own lives and challenges. I'm truly enjoying learning the information that I though I was either too old or that I had become irrelevant in my field. That being said I have many years of experience both professionally & in real life! Example: Finding employment when the Real Estate & Banking buddies Crash & Burn! Now, with these tools, I stand out in my new field and have wisdom and life experience! 🤩 Loving the learning!

Sounds great. I'm balancing a lot right now but we if can help each other that would be awesome. FYI, I'm embarrassed to go into ChatGBT when I'm not prepared with questions and the correct Promt's or language. I know this will pass but being a bit behind in our classes takes my control away. I'm going to try and take it back today!❣️

This is really helpful. I am looking forward to continuing my AI education and attempting my goals while my husband recovers from heart surgery on January 5th. For now I'm finding an hour or two each day to keep up with my project. I appreciate all the help I can get. Thank you.
What’s the coolest automation you’ve built in n8n so far?
AI or no AI — just the one that made you say, “Damn, that actually works.” 😄 Curious to hear what everyone’s been cooking up 👇

@Richard Wright That's what I'm doing now. Unfortunately it's a difficult family time as my husband will be having heart surgery but the new year. So many tests and he really needs my company and attension, naturally. I do what I can when I can. This project helps me to realize there will be a profitable future for us and I'll be able to Manage it. Thank you Richard!😍
