🎣 Just wrapping up a refreshing weekend at the lake and wanted to check in with this amazing community… How do YOU unwind and recharge? For us, it’s camping, disconnecting from tech, and spending time in the water. It’s our go-to for clearing the mental clutter and getting back to center. Here’s a thought: We all need time to reset — not just once in a while, but regularly. 🕐 1 hour each day 📆 1 full day each week 🛶 1 weekend each month 🌲 1 full week every 6 months That’s the minimum for sustainable energy, clarity, and health. I love going out on the Jet Ski or Pontoon Boat. Also hiking. And traveling. I need to somehow learn to connect with nature more. We went to the Grand Canyon. In our defense, it was just a quick side trip going from one place to the next, but it was like....OK, it is beautiful....can we go now? I feel sad about feeling that way. Any suggestions?

We will be taking a road trip in a couple of weeks. Our Road Trip Snack Options usually include things like Pringles and Snicker's bars. (Pretend me not say that! 🫢) Anybody have any healthy recommendations? We will be flying to our destination, so we will need to pick things up there as opposed to fixing healthy at home to bring with us....so things I can buy at the local grocery store. Does anyone have a healthy Chex Mix-type recipe?

Hi! I'm Karen (although I try not to BE a Karen! 😁) I live in Cullman, and as you can probably guess from my picture, we raise Highlander cows. (Someone please tell me how to change that pic!) I am reaching retirement and would like to be HEALTHY retired. I know I have issues, but I don't know enough to know what they are. I suspect gut and inflammation issues, and I have no problem GOING to sleep, but I DO have a problem STAYING asleep. I've tried everything, but hope to find an answer here. My husband and I love to travel, and it worries me that so many people lose their motivation to go out and do things after retirement, so I am hoping for more energy and motivation as I go through this program. Next up, Alaska!
