We started week 3 and I am seeing much improvement with the athletes at Palouse ICE VBC. The arm pattern is improving, now we are focusing on a high release point when throwing and trying to throw straight to a target. Keep working ladies!
Got the privilege to train with a couple different athletes to start off week 3. Saw they are understanding the movements of open/close, now I want to see them make those movements FASTER. Looking forward to seeing them make those adjustments their next training session ππ»
