Hi , Had a customers order be delivered by Royal Mail however the customer says they haven’t received it even though on the tracking it says it has been ? How should I go about this ?

I have been selling on Etsy now for the past 5 months with a rough monthly revenue of £600 a month with my ad goal at 3 USD a day and to increase visibility and awareness. I recently changed the ad goal to "Maximise my exposure to help compete against similar shops" and my sales have dropped massive to around £300 a month. Im not sure whether this is because of the time of year or whether the ads have made a huge impact on this. Could anyone let me know whether this could be affected by the ad change and if anyone has a better ad goal for my situation and if I should increase the ad budgeting ? Much Help would be appreciated

Just had my first customer complaint stating the poster is made with ai and they are requesting a refund . How should I go ahead and reply to this ?

Wow the last 6 months have been crazy starting from nothing to over 4000 sales. I never would have thought Doing £22,000 in December was possible 6 months ago but goes to show it's possible if I can do it anyone can. For any of you creating art using the help of AI, what software is everyone using to do this. I am currently using chat gpt and dalle however was wondering if anyone has used mid journey and prefers that ? Any recommendations would be helpful.
