this wont develop power that transfers, the movement needs to have the sport mixed in the workout to be optimal in a sense. cant try to be powerful on a track if 80% of ur training is lifting vs 80% being sprinting
After my senior year football season ends in November what’s the best split to prepare for college? I go to a speed training place on Tuesday / Thursday. So I was thinking should I go full body Monday Wednesday Friday and than do a plyo day on Saturday and rest Sunday.
no Id do full body monday wednesday friday with strength & plyometric training together. sprinting is plyometrics, and then just sprinkle in strength work!
