Just finished the first section of my ADHD Snapshot and it connected something I never saw before: my hyperfocus kicks in especially when I'm helping others. Turns out that pattern started in childhood, long before I ever heard the word ADHD. I accidentally mistyped ‘masked it’ as ‘mashed it’ and the AI ran with it, saying how I mashed it down until it was invisible, and the translation fits! Perhaps it was meant to be!

Just finished all 3 sections of my ADHD Snapshot and discovered something I didn't expect: I've been through 8 coaches not because nothing works, but because none of them were offering what I actually need, which is the ability to do it MYSELF.
