Over the past few days, a number of new members have joined the community to participate in the 9-Day Liver Reset, so I wanted to say a quick welcome and help you get oriented. If you're here for the reset, you’ll find the full program inside the Core Reset Protocol section. Start with: Core Liver Diet Principles Then simply move through the sections in order. Everything is laid out step-by-step, including: • what to eat and what to avoid • the liver morning routine • hydration guidance • your 9-day reset plan • meal structure and grocery list • optional supportive supplements and teas. This reset is designed to reduce inflammatory burden and support liver function in a practical, manageable way. You don’t have to do it perfectly — consistency is what matters. For those already working with me in the clinical programs, nothing changes for you. Your program spaces and support remain exactly the same.
