I created this space because too many people are still stuck in the cycle of suppression — steroid creams, inhalers, elimination diets — with no real understanding of what their body is trying to say. Day Liver Reset Day 3 Check-In — How’s everyone holding up?
Day three is usually the toughest one for me on this reset. This time around it’s actually been much easier. I did have a moment driving past my favorite pizza spot where I got a little hankering… but it passed quickly. In the past when I’ve done this, day three sometimes came with irritability or low energy. Not this time. I feel energized, clear, motivated, and honestly pretty great. I think part of it is that I do this work regularly now — at least once a year, sometimes more. I also did one back in November. Healing really is layer by layer, bit by bit, and the body adapts. Wherever you’re at today — whether you’re cruising or feeling the challenge — keep going. You’re doing something good for your body. I’m cheering for you all. 💚

Plain water if the lemon bothers you. Just make sure to hydrate in the AM

Over the past few days, a number of new members have joined the community to participate in the 9-Day Liver Reset, so I wanted to say a quick welcome and help you get oriented. If you're here for the reset, you’ll find the full program inside the Core Reset Protocol section. Start with: Core Liver Diet Principles Then simply move through the sections in order. Everything is laid out step-by-step, including: • what to eat and what to avoid • the liver morning routine • hydration guidance • your 9-day reset plan • meal structure and grocery list • optional supportive supplements and teas. This reset is designed to reduce inflammatory burden and support liver function in a practical, manageable way. You don’t have to do it perfectly — consistency is what matters. For those already working with me in the clinical programs, nothing changes for you. Your program spaces and support remain exactly the same. @Marina Lubinsky I like chia seeds just make sure you’re hydrating well. Sesame should be fine, might want to consider grinding them up 😊
