Parallettes or Floor
I can hold the Handstand very good on parallettes but on the floor I look like I can't hold it at all is it normal and how can I learn the Handstand like on parallettes also on the floor?

Learning in both ways is important, but in my case, I like to do skills on the floor because: It gives you more strength You can do it anywhere, that in personal, it is one the reasons i like calisthenics, for doing such great skills anywhere i want, and I won´t have access to a parallettes all the time IIn conclusion, train both, it will help you along the way
My workout
I do only three exercises in my workout. Is it enough?

I think it depends on what excercises you do, if these are focused on the especificity of the skill you want to unlock, and executed with the right techniche, good rest, good amount of sets... three exercises are very well

Hi bro, thats an excellent goal For the handstand, I consider these tips very important: 1) Elevate your shoulders as much as you can 2) Lock your elbows 3) By doing the kick up you have to lead with your hips, not with your legs. 4) Stack your body, shoulders above wrists, hips above shoulders, everything align 5) Being aware, before the kick up think about the technique, which is all the previous points I am willing to help so make me know your progress, good lucky!!
