I went for a 45 minute walk in the rain, whilst listening to a podcast by Michael Singer. It grounded me so much and I was able to embrace the wind and rain. Happy Spring!

Do this is along the canal near where I live, I love to walk for miles along the canal in the early evenings after (but not when it’s raining). This was taken during the winter one early morning on my way to work, I stopped by the bridge just to capture the sunrise. It’s a beautiful reflection of what nature is all about. I love sunsets snd sunrise, as they are truly beautiful, and they make me feel truly alive 🌅 🌄
