In 5 Years
The person you will be in five years depends largely on: - The books you read. - The strategies you learned and implemented. - The people you spend time with. - The food you eat. - The body and mind you strive to improve. - The habits you do everyday. - And the discipline, consistency and persistence to keep moving forward regardless of how you feel.

Social Media Improvement
On a scale from 1-10, 1 being why the hell did you post this, where would you rate this photo? To add a little context, I had this photo taken just to update a newer photo on my IG. This was taken at Rooftop At The Providence G in Providence, RI. I appreciate any and all feedback to help improve my IG profile.

Fitness
A Fit Body is a high Status Symbol. It displays that you have: 1. Patience. 2. Discipline. 3. Resilience. 4. Work Ethic. 5. Self-Control. No better way to earn instant respect. You can't buy a fit body, you can't steal it, can't cheat to obtain it, it is Earned. Work hard Gentlemen.

Patience and Discipline I think are the most underrated aspects of working out. All 5 are pivotal, don't get me wrong. I completely agree. But those first two can make you absolutely unstoppable, outside the gym as well.
Behaviors of High Status Men
“…dominant individuals tend to stand at full height, often facing the group, with hands on hips and an expanded chest; they gaze a lot, looking at others while talking; they do not smile much; they touch others; they speak in a low and low-pitched voice; and they gesture by pointing to others.” Just wanted to share this excerpt from a book I’ve read called Evolutionary Psychology by David M. Buss. Not sure if it’s in the reading list already, I haven’t unlocked it yet. I’m hoping you’ll find this quick little tidbit helpful. Maybe try to integrate some of these behaviors into yourself. If you like this book excerpt let me know, I’ll try to post more tidbits that are relevant to the group if this is recieved positively.

I'm a little more than half way through one of David M. Buss' books called The Murderer Next Door. Really, really good read.

@Jorell de Vera The book gets into Mate Guarding, Mate Choice Copying, I'm currently on the chapter that discusses Mate Poaching. It also details a study Buss did in regards to homicidal thoughts between both men and women. I'll definitely let you know when I'm done with it i'd love to go over it.

Born in Rhode Island, and I currently live outside of Providence. My long term goal with MOA is to not only change my life in regards to social networking and dating, but to also give other men the same confidence that Michael Sartain and this program has given to me. Being a basketball coach, I find it extremely imperative that confidence, structure, and execution is the foundation to not only the game, but more importantly, in life. My short term goal is to build a platform on IG, that will help create a social circle of like minded, goal oriented men. As well as incredibly attractive women. If anyone lives in the New England region, I would love to link at some point just to start off somewhere!
