My brother and I are starting a 24/7 business model with two bays. We haven’t bought anything yet, just starting the planning phase for everything. Where should I start with planning here? We have a commercial space large enough for two bays with cheap rent. The caveat to the space is we’re leaning towards using 15.5’ enclosures from Carls place since we can’t alter the area with construction. We have enough space for two bays side by side, and the area is 27ft deep. How deep would you recommend for a bay in a commercial space? I see some people saying 10ft and others saying 8ft.
