Going to start putting together a list for the August call. Feel free to comment if there are any topic you want to cover or discuss. I’ll update this post with the comments 1. Dynamic pricing based on duration, day, or time 2. Membership bucket vs hrs per day vs unlimited 3. Global sim league signup 4. Booking software and automation (projector, PC, software) 5. Gym Equipment add on

Do you guys handover your bookkeeping duties to a CPA? Or, do you handle everything yourselves? Pros and cons to either? Costs for either? I am reaching out to some CPAs for a quote on how much something like that would cost to just handle it all, but just wanted to see what the majority of you guys are doing? And if you have any previous experience handling books, tax laws, that sort of thing.

Hey guys - new here but have been lurking around for the last couple of weeks and listened to the last roundtable call - good stuff! I plan to join the next one. For now though - we are looking to get a 3-bay 24/7 sim off the ground by the end of the year. Building is secured. With us both working FT jobs, time is money so we want someone who can come in and do a turn key buildout. I have several calls planned for today but I wanted to see if anyone here had recommendations for someone that could do a custom buildout. It may be helpful to know that we are located in VA. If anyone wants to leave other recommendations for things, I'm all ears as well but didn't want to ask for too much without listening to the other calls first and trying not to duplicate questions. Thanks for your help!
