Small wins, big celebrations!
Over about the last 3 months my goal has been to do 200 pushups a day on top of whatever cardio or workout I do. I've always struggled with pushups. Over the last 3 weeks it’s become a NON-NEGOTIABLE. When I first started I was doing sets of 10 and it would take me all day to do them. I just got to my hotel in San Diego and was able to knock out 8 sets of 25, a shower and be ready to leave in 45 mins. Showing up everyday compounds into results. Not a huge win but it’s a big improvement. Celebrate your small wins along the way! So I ask… Do you have something that is a non-negotiable? And If not… Whats something small you could add to your day to get better everyday? 🤟🏾
