Hello everyone! Today's task is more of socializing thing then anything mentaly helpful.- tell us what you like and what hobbies are you in or want to be in. Remember noone should and noone will hate on anyones hobbies because they are all valid!😊 Mine: I love sim drifting and cars in general.- that has made me a diecast car collector too. One day i would love to be a car youtuber as well as a drifter! Thanks everyone!😊

@Artūrs Valters that soba good point about the variety I've neglected to appreciate, thanks for pointing it out. I bike around the city but I mainly enjoying mountain biking and everything I do is casual at most competitive with a friend

@Mark Winter that can't be something that only happens in chess now? it can definitely be a learning curve that is frustrating earlier on. a lot of moving pieces to consider
I need some opinions and toughts on breaking up.
As some of you knows from my previous posts i have been in a bad state of life as well as bad relationship that causes it. In short for those who might not know my situation- my girlfriend has taken away my social media, dreams, hobbies and controls every single little thing in my life I would love some opinions and toughts on these things: 1. Should i leave if i know it might cause her to do bad stuff to herself and i might ruin her school progress? 2. If you answered yes to 1- how should i do it in the nicest way possible and how do i get the strenght to do so? 3. If you answered no to 1- what could i do to make this better and get out of the bad cycles without leaving her? Thanks to everyone for your time and opinion/toughts. Have a nice day y'all🌞😊

@Artūrs Valters in person (unless y'all are long distance) and communicate and be clear. end or don't end the relationship. meaning you can't tiptoe around the subject. 2 approaches 1) you have a conversation saying you love her but what's best isn't the relationshio because (why). keep it clear that it's over. 2) have a conversation with her framed around the idea that there's a problem you need solved with her. this'll give the opportunity to refresh it. you have to stick to this focus tho. if a solution is found that satisfies you then you keep going. if not then you end it. again be clear and definite not unsure of yourself. the worst thing in a breakup is not knowing if you're in a breakup. then not knowing why. gl bro

Looking for advice with friends and gossip
I'm still in school and I’ve got some solid friends at school, but there are a few people in my circle who gossip nonstop. As a Christian, I avoid that, and honestly despite faith it just wrecks relationships anyway, no one likes to be talked about behind their back. They talk about everyone, and other people have started pointing it out to me, so it’s not just in my head, though I don't think they take it as seriously as I believe they should. The problem is the talking people are super social and have a lot of influence. They’ll turn someone’s mistakes into conversation material just for fun without any regards of the persons reputation or feelings. And if I’m not on good terms with them, I end up being the one they talk about — which obviously isn't good. I get the whole “don’t care what people think,” but when they nitpick literally everything I do, it gets more complicated then that. So now I’m trying to figure out what to do. Do I stay friends with them? Do I distance myself? Do I cut them off? It’s tricky because my school is small, and no matter what, I'll still see them every day for a decent chunk of time.

dw bout the length to talk about what's on your mind. it is good to open up about these issues in our life. thanks for sharing Tom's words are great and I completely agree. you don't have to participate in the gossip and discussion - wether thats by just being on the outside of conversations and not participating or by not being physically in those conversations - while still being friendly with them outside of those situations. if anyone every tries to pull you into the gossip or asks why you don't participate you can use that to discuss why you don't participate in the gossip. feed and grow with other people who are supportive of what you value - in this case not gossiping best of luck
